Yoga Nidra, Sarah Johnson, Connect to Calm  7.30 pm – 8.15 pm

Meditation/Mindfulness/Relaxation practice all rolled into one.  This yoga Nidra will help you to let go of the busyness of the mind enabling you to experience deep peace and relaxation.  It will help to lift the heaviness from the body, so you feel lighter and more peaceful. The is no movement involved.  All you need to do is find somewhere comfy, quiet and warm to lie down and listen. Please find somewhere comfortable and quiet to lie down where you won’t be disturbed. Ensure you have enough to cover you to keep you warm. You might like to use an eye pillow or scarf to cover your eyes. This session involves listening rather than watching the screen, so you can place your device next to where you are lying rather than having it in front of you to watch.
