The High Potential Scheme
The High Potential Scheme (HPS) is a nationally developed intervention designed to target NHS Bands 8a to 8d or equivalent grades. It will enable participating organisations across LLR to identify an inclusive talent pool and ensure effective development is provided which in turn supports the recruitment, retention, and effective system succession planning.
This two-year programme, which supports national EDI leadership goals develops individuals through targeted interventions and is open to
anyone in the system who meets the criteria. Delegates will be required to move around the system to get the best possible learning experiences.
In LLR the project team is currently:
- Ensuring the programme is tailored to meet LLR needs
- Planning selection and delivery mechanisms
- Delivery of programme
- Evaluation of Impact
