Let’s make Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland the best place to work and live by showing and sharing our kindness. This year World Kindness Day falls on Sunday 13th November and Self-Care Week is 14th – 20th November so we have put some resources together to share with LLR.

Thank You Cards
Writing someone a thank you message can be a brilliant way to express your gratitude towards them while letting them know that you value them and recognise the work they do. In the workplace, colleagues can use these messages to boost morale and give each other peer-to-peer recognition that can help a team become closer. Send your colleagues a specially designed thank you card today!
Kindness in LLR
Some of our fantastic Chairs, Chief Execs and Senior Leaders from across the Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland (LLR) Health and Care System got together in 2021 to share what they think about kindness and the impact it can have.
A moment for self-care
Self-care means taking the time to do things that help you live well and improve both your physical health and mental health. When it comes to your mental health, self-care can help you manage stress, lower your risk of illness, and increase your energy.
