LLR Academy

Innovative Support, Supervision and Wellbeing for Cancer and Diagnostic Teams

The LLR Academy team, in partnership with Talent for Care, are delighted to share this innovative Restorative Supervision program for healthcare teams working in cancer and diagnostic services. The programme has the specific purpose to support individual wellbeing, while also providing a learning and development opportunity for professionals at all levels. All participants will be invited to engage in this supervision and wellbeing journey with colleagues, as well as on an individual level.

The program leads participants, with minimum demand on your time, to establish a fresh mindset and an accompanying set of innovative practices that are proactive, rather than simply responding to circumstances. The benefits to participants, your peers and your communities are long lasting, well beyond the participation in the program.

For more information, please refer to the attached poster, with the training dates outlined below:

1:1 welcome calls with the training facilitators will take place in the weeks leading up to the start of your cohort (dates below).
