The Staff Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub provides services across the NHS, Emergency Services and Adult Social Care Services in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. The hub was set up to support all staff that has been affected by COVID-19 and other concerns.
The hub is a place for staff to access services, support and documentation for mental health and wellbeing advice. Our aim is to provide signposts to those who need assistance. We encourage those that need help to seek it at the earliest opportunity. The hub will allow you to access bespoke support and guidance services, from one place, supplied by the organisations that employ you.
The service is free and confidential. Staff can contact the hub by telephoning the MHWB Hub Helpline 0116 2544388 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org if you would prefer to contact the hub than going through their line manager, anonymously. The hub also has a separate Adult Social Care Helpline 0333 2300139.
The hub also provides virtual events for managers, team leaders, supervisors, etc. to attend so that they can get a better understanding of how the services can support them and their teams. Keep a lookout for the next event on 19 November by visiting our Eventbrite page to book your place!
