Living Systems Leadership Programme
The Living Systems Leadership (LSL) programme has been developed in conjunction with an external provider (ICE) and the NHS Leadership Academy. It has been successfully delivered in adjacent systems and has evaluated as an enabling, effective cross-system team working and successful project delivery.
It is designed to support cross-system project teams who are working on critical patient pathways and/or within complex system initiatives (Primary Care Network Development etc)
What’s next?
- Redesigning the programme to suit LLR needs
- Planning cohorts
- Developing delivery of programme and in-system train the trainer
- Considering evaluation and impact of the programme
